Complete refurbishment of an ISO 8 - ISO 7 cleanroom for the pharmaceutical sector

We worked closely with our client, the pharmacy owner, to bring this project to life, creating a sterile, highly controlled space where they can compound their own custom formulas with maximum precision and quality.

Given the facility's limited space, we created a bespoke design that met our client's specific needs, optimising workflow and efficiency within the cleanroom.

We equipped the cleanroom with the latest air filtration and temperature and humidity monitoring technology, guaranteeing a sterile environment for compounding sensitive formulas. Two material pass-through hatches were installed to transfer materials between rooms.

Until now they had a single production room, but due to updated regulations on medicine compounding in pharmacies, they needed to adapt their space for a new working process, with different rooms and equipment that help transfer material and personnel between the various spaces safely and cleanly.

With this refurbishment, our client is better equipped to develop creams and sterile products for the hospital industry.
