I believe women's main challenge is staying true to themselves, seeking equity rather than equality. I think we are all different, and that difference is where the virtue lies.
There is still much to work on in empathy and respect for others, regardless of gender, race, ideology or any other characteristic. We all have good and bad traits; the challenge will always be to strengthen the former and improve the latter.

Equality means choosing the best person, whether a man or a woman — so it will always benefit the company to have the best people on board.
I don't believe in quotas; we need the same professional and social recognition as a man with the same merits receives. It seems simple — it really is just that — but there is still a long way to go...

I believe what matters is always setting a fixed, realistic goal. Being persistent, continuing to expand your knowledge, and always keeping an entrepreneurial, proactive attitude.
