Semiconductor manufacturing demands the most rigorous environmental controls of any industrial sector — and the most complete integration. Particle counts, airborne molecular contamination (AMC), electrostatic discharge and vibration are not separate engineering problems in a fab. They are four simultaneous variables that determine yield. We design environments with full system integration: sub-fab mechanics, chemical distribution, ultrapure water interface points and structural specifications for precision lithography equipment.
