DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team. You will work in direct coordination with the Project Manager, actively participating in the daily planning, supervision and execution of the works.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Daily supervision of the site and control of work in the field.
  • Coordination of in-house teams and subcontracted companies.
  • Planning and monitoring of comfort HVAC installation works.
  • Planning and monitoring of HVAC installations for cleanrooms (ducting, equipment, filtration systems, etc.).
  • Control of deadlines, quality and compliance with established execution standards.
  • Monitoring of material deliveries and support with work planning.
  • Technical liaison on site with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Verification of compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations on site.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

To fit this role, we are looking for an organised, resolute profile with a clear focus on site management, meeting the following requirements:

  • Technical education (vocational training in a technical field, technical engineering degree or similar).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in HVAC, air conditioning or technical installation works.
  • Experience in Cleanroom or Regulated Industrial Environment projects will be valued.
  • Occupational Health & Safety training (accreditation as Preventive Resource highly valued).
  • Immediate availability.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Driving licence and own vehicle.
